The minute you become yourself, they become some sort of enemy..not behaving as expected....that leaders looses friends before they gain followers....attitude...

2. How we think
...you must crossover nobody knows what you can do so they must not rate you
Leadership is not about cloning others in your institution..Do like us. Walk like us., be like us...be in the band wagon like us...etc
Your goal is not clone people but release people...from their shell....they must be themselves...
