Norms and Values
Values are the fundamental basis of what we do everyday. It is the source of our decision on what is important to us. Norms on the other hand obscure our vision from seeing the end of the tunnel. It diverts us if its a negative norm. However if it is on the positive norm, it can actually help the organization to flourish and improve. Negative norms are obstacles that must be identified in an organization if it wants to move forward.
